This may include names, dates of birth, nationality where required, passport or travel-document information, travel dates, routes, flight information, accommodation information, PNRs and other information required to arrange the purchased Service.
Visa and Travel-Document Information
If you purchase a visa or document assistance Service, we may process additional information required for the relevant application, including passport copies, photographs, travel history, residential information, employment or education information and other information required by the relevant authority.
Some visa applications may require information treated as sensitive or special-category data under applicable law. We process such information only where necessary for the requested Service and where an appropriate legal basis exists.
Please do not provide sensitive personal information unless AirSurfer specifically requests it for the Service you purchased.
Transaction Information
We may process the amount, currency, date, status, payment method, transaction identifier, refund information and other information necessary to identify and administer a payment.
Full payment-card credentials are generally processed by payment providers rather than AirSurfer.
Technical Information
We may process IP addresses, device and browser information, session identifiers, cookies, timestamps, logs, security information and information about interactions with the Website.
2. Why We Process Information
We process personal information where reasonably necessary to:
provide and deliver Services;
create and administer reservation records;
communicate Order status;
provide visa and document assistance;
process payments and refunds;
provide customer support;
correct errors and resolve disputes;
prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents;
maintain transaction, accounting and legal records;
comply with applicable legal obligations;
establish or defend legal claims;

conduct analytics or marketing where permitted by applicable law.
Where applicable data-protection law requires a specific legal basis, AirSurfer relies on the basis appropriate to the relevant processing, including performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests or consent.
Where processing is based on consent, consent may be withdrawn as provided by applicable law.
3. Information About Other Travelers
You may provide information about another person when purchasing a Service for them.
You must have lawful authority to provide that information and should make this Privacy Policy available to that person where appropriate.
Information relating to minors may be processed where an authorized adult lawfully arranges the relevant Service.
AirSurfer's purchasing and checkout functions are not intended for children acting independently.
4. Who Receives Information
Personal information may be disclosed only where reasonably necessary for the Service or another lawful purpose.
Depending on the Order, recipients may include airlines, accommodation providers, GDS and reservation systems, travel suppliers, visa service providers, consulates, visa centers, immigration or government authorities, payment providers, banks, hosting and infrastructure providers, communication providers, customer-support providers, security providers and professional advisers.
Some recipients, such as airlines, hotels, payment providers or governmental bodies, may independently determine how they process information and may therefore act as independent controllers under applicable law.
Other service providers process information on AirSurfer's behalf.
AirSurfer does not sell personal information for monetary consideration.
5. International Processing
AirSurfer is a United States company providing international travel-related Services.
Personal information may therefore be processed in the United States and in other countries connected with your Order or with AirSurfer's service providers.
For example, completing an international travel-related Order may require information to be provided to an airline, hotel, reservation provider or government authority in another country.
Where applicable law requires a particular safeguard or legal mechanism for an international transfer, AirSurfer will use an appropriate mechanism before making that transfer.
Because travel services are international by nature, some Services cannot be performed without transmitting required information to the relevant foreign recipient.
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
AirSurfer uses necessary cookies and similar technologies to operate the Website, maintain sessions, process checkout, prevent fraud and provide security.
AirSurfer may also use analytics or marketing technologies.
Where applicable law requires consent for non-essential cookies or similar technologies, those technologies are activated only in accordance with the user's cookie choices.
Available preferences can be managed through AirSurfer's cookie controls.
7. Marketing
Where permitted by applicable law, AirSurfer may send promotional communications or use information for advertising and remarketing.
Where prior consent is required, AirSurfer will request it before the relevant marketing activity.
You may unsubscribe from promotional communications using the method provided in the communication or by contacting AirSurfer.
Transactional communications concerning an Order, security or support are not marketing communications.
8. Retention
AirSurfer retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and for applicable legal, accounting, fraud-prevention and dispute-resolution requirements.
Retention depends on the type of information.
Order and transaction records may be retained for the period necessary to meet legal, accounting and dispute-related obligations.
Support communications may be retained while reasonably necessary to administer the Order and resolve potential disputes.
Passport copies, visa documents and similarly sensitive documents are retained only for the period reasonably necessary to provide the relevant Service and satisfy any applicable legal obligation.
Security and technical records are retained according to their operational and security purpose.
Information is deleted, anonymized or placed beyond ordinary operational use when continued identifiable storage is no longer reasonably necessary, subject to applicable legal obligations.
